Valora is an AI assistant for the entire purchase-to-pay process—from recording requirements and order processing to invoice verification. As an AI agent, it acts like an independent colleague: it identifies supply sources, compares offers, initiates orders, and performs automatic invoice comparisons—with warnings in case of discrepancies or possible fraud.

What's more, Valora is hosted locally in a private cloud in Germany—or on-premise, if desired — thus guaranteeing maximum data security and GDPR compliance.

Catalog & free text procurement

Valora uses advanced algorithms to analyze your browsing and purchasing behavior as well as your preferences in order to provide you with tailored product recommendations that match your interests. Valora can draw on any type of content, regardless of whether it is different types of catalogs or free text requirements.

Price comparisons

Valora searches multiple online stores and marketplaces to provide you with a comprehensive price comparison. This allows you to find the best deals on the products you are interested in.

Approvals & Permits

With Valora, users can approve purchase requests or invoices anywhere on any device with a click, touch, or voice command.

Track & Trace

With Valora, users can check information about the order or shipping status and also record goods receipts.

Sources of supply & conditions

Valora assists users in finding suitable delivery sources and, if necessary, in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers. This can be done, for example, via digital inquiries or negotiations.

Offer evaluation & comparisons

Valora reviews the offers and creates a digital comparison. Conveniently upload offers or have Valora receive them by email. Valora reads the content accurately and adds the necessary data such as cost centers, G/L accounts, and product groups. Purchasing then only has to decide on an offer option and Valora starts the ordering process.

Order confirmation management

Valora reads incoming order confirmations directly from emails, automatically compares them with the order, and documents the process in an audit-proof manner. In the event of discrepancies, Valora identifies differences in price, quantity, or delivery date and initiates a review if necessary. Accepted changes are automatically updated in the order—for a consistent document chain without manual effort.

Invoice processing

Proprietary technology

Valora is based on an AI agent architecture developed entirely in-house – without any dependence on US providers such as OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft. Not a single US foundation model is used. Instead, Valora relies on a customer-specific open-source model hosted in Germany that works exclusively with the respective company data – for maximum sovereignty and control.

Customer security

Valora does not use customer data for AI training or cross-system analysis. Each client runs in strict isolation—without data access by third parties and without cross-client sharing. This means that sensitive information such as prices, invoices, and requirements are protected at all times—even from internal access by other Valora customers.

Data protection

Valora not only meets the requirements of the EU GDPR, but was also developed with the EU AI Act and industry-specific data protection requirements in mind. All processing is traceable, explainable, and documented—without hidden cloud services, tracking, or external dependencies.

Hosted in Germany

All data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany – either in certified data centers or directly at the customer's premises ("on-premises"). This means that it can be proven at any time that no access by US authorities (e.g., via the CLOUD Act) is possible. Valora thus offers true data sovereignty – not just promised, but technically anchored.

Secure data centers

Valora uses only ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018-certified data centers. In addition, full on-premises operation is supported if required—e.g., in clinics, government agencies, or companies with critical infrastructure. All transfers are end-to-end encrypted and controllable.
